Aging for one year in barriques, 6 months in cement and a few months in the bottle. Beautiful bright ruby red colour. On the nose you can perceive fruity aromas (cherries, blueberries, currants, myrtle berries), dried flowers, spices, chocolate and leather. The flavour is warm with elegant tannins and acidity. It leaves a long fruity and spicy backtaste. Harmonious wine. To be combined with steak with rosemary or stewed rabbit.
